Rams' trip to Rotherham called off due to COVID

Derby County's match at Rotherham United on Saturday afternoon has been postponed due to a positive COVID test within the Rotherham squad.

The game was called off just after 1.30pm, with the Rams squad having arrived in South Yorkshire for the game.

It means Derby will now have to wait until Boxing Day for their next game when they will host Preston North End at Pride Park.

Elsewhere, Ilkeston's home game with Kidsgrove Athletic and Alfreton's FA Trophy tie against King's Lynn both fell victim to waterlogged pitches, as did Gresley Rovers' home game with AFC Wulfrunians in the Midland Football League.
